Members receive priority access to a calendar of thoughtfully designed gatherings—ranging from focused work sessions to facilitated reflection and dialogue. All experiences are intentionally small, approval-based, and held with attention to energy and fit.
Certain tiers do not guarantee a seat. All tiers give you priority access to the door.

Resident Hausmates are not simply renting a room; they are stepping into shared stewardship of a lived-in space curated for the called.
Living at NDA Haus is about alignment, care, and mutual respect. Residents are expected to engage the house thoughtfully, honor shared agreements, and contribute positively to the culture and pace of the home.
Includes (for the duration of residency only):
  • A private furnished room within the NDA Haus co-living space
  • Full access to all Hausmates programming taking place during active residency months
  • Priority access and approval consideration for gatherings held while in residence
  • Participation in the shared rhythm, values, and agreements of the house
